Welcome to the CDHS Community Performance Center

Collaborating with our partners, our mission is to design and deliver high quality human and health services that improve the safety, independence, and well-being of the people of Colorado.

Data can be a powerful tool to improve the health and well-being of children, families, and communities. Information can be used to assess needs, set priorities, develop action plans, inform programs and policies, track progress, support grant proposals, strengthen advocacy efforts, and raise awareness of key issues.

In 2012, the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) implemented C-Stat, a  management strategy that analyzes performance using current available data. Now, with the CDHS Community Performance Center, we are able to share this data with the public to ensure that we are achieving the best outcomes for Colorado’s most vulnerable children and their families. Real-time data is uploaded to our data center and this website is continuously updated, incorporating feedback from users.
We can’t improve outcomes for children, youth and families alone. We need greater public awareness at the local level to demand excellence of us.

Thank you for visiting the CDHS Community Performance Center and thank you for caring about Colorado's most vulnerable children, youth and families.
